A Great "Day for the Kids"

With sincere thanks to Universal, Concern took 250 pediatric cancer patients and their guests to Universal Studios theme park at no cost yesterday for the 21st year in a row. Along with our guests, over 50 volunteers gave up part of their weekend and Sunday football to chaperone these brave 8-14 year-old children throughout the park. Yet with entrance to the theme park, a private Studio Tour tram ride, a catered lunch in the Globe Theater and a non-stop day of fun, volunteering for this day is worth more than any average Sunday.

We could not be more thankful to have the opportunity to organize this day and create hope for these kids. Check out a few pictures below to get the full effect of how awe-inspiring this day actually was:
